Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor industrial chillers, cooling towers, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of chillers and associated equipment.
- Diagnose faults in compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, and control systems.
- Check refrigerant gas pressure, temperature, and leakage.
- Maintain proper cooling efficiency and energy optimization.
- Handle installation and commissioning of chillers and refrigeration units.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment history records.
- Coordinate with external service providers and OEMs when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Monitor utility consumption and report abnormalities immediately.
- Support production team during machine breakdowns related to cooling systems.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of industrial refrigeration and chiller systems.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with refrigerant gases and safety handling procedures.
- Troubleshooting skills for PLC/control panel-related issues will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cooling tower and HVAC systems.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
