Job Description
- Promote Amaron batteries (automotive, inverter, industrial) in local markets
- Conduct product awareness campaigns and demos
- Ensure proper branding at dealer outlets and service centers
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors
- Support dealers with marketing materials and schemes
- Monitor dealer performance and ensure stock availability
- Assist sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Collect customer feedback and market insights
- Suggest strategies based on local demand trends
- Conduct roadshows, mechanic meets, and retailer engagement programs
- Participate in trade fairs and promotional events
- Travel within assigned territory regularly
- Support social media promotions and local advertising campaigns
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams for campaigns
- Track campaign performance and report results
- Field-based role with frequent travel
Required Skills
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of automotive or battery industry (preferred)
- Ability to work in field sales/marketing
- Relationship management with dealers
- Basic digital marketing knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Commerce
- MBA (Marketing) – preferred
- 1–3 years experience in FMCG / automotive / battery industry
