*Employment Type:* Full-time / Part-time Role Summary We’re looking for a passionate Teacher to create an engaging classroom environment where students learn, think critically, and grow academically and personally. You’ll plan lessons, assess student progress, and work with parents and colleagues to support student success. Key Responsibilities
1. *Instruction & Planning*: Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Use varied teaching methods to meet different learning styles.
2. *Student Assessment*:Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and observations. Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate records.
3. *Classroom Management*: Create a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages participation and respect.
4. *Student Support*: Identify learning gaps and provide extra help or refer students for additional support when needed.
5. *Collaboration*: Work with other teachers, staff, and parents to support student development and school goals.
6. *Professional Growth*: Participate in training, staff meetings, and school events to stay current with teaching practices. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area. Teaching certification/license as required by state/region. - Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred. - Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills. - Patience, adaptability, and genuine interest in student growth. Nice to Have - Experience with digital learning tools.
