- Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and on time.
- Follow up on pending claims, approvals, and reimbursements.
- Maintain and update insurance records and documentation.
- Communicate with patients regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claim status.
- Resolve claim denials and discrepancies by coordinating with insurers.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports related to claims, approvals, and outstanding cases.
- Collaborate with hospital/clinic departments to ensure smooth insurance operations.
- Handle pre-authorizations and obtain necessary approvals for treatments and procedures.
- Provide administrative support related to insurance billing and claim management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
