Roles & Responsibilities
- Independently handle complete electrical project execution from planning to final handover.
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities), estimations, material requirements, and project costing.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution timelines.
- Supervise on-site electrical work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of electrical materials at site.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Handle installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Prepare project reports, billing documents, progress updates, and execution documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Ensure work completion within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage manpower planning, site coordination, and daily execution activities.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications before execution.
- Coordinate with civil, HVAC, plumbing, and other departments for seamless project delivery.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical project execution and planning.
- Strong experience in both office coordination work and on-site execution.
- Hands-on expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, planning, and project coordination.
- Ability to independently manage complete electrical projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and execution practices.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, warehouse, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Good leadership, team handling, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools.
- Strong communication and client coordination abilities.
- Candidate should be capable of handling pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
