About the Role
We are seeking an aggressive and highly motivated Field Sales Executive to drive the physical presence of our IT hardware and services business. Unlike our Project Sales team that handles large enterprise deals, you will be on the ground daily, visiting local businesses, retail shops, and corporate offices across the territory. Your focus will be on expanding our distributor network, demonstrating hardware products, selling IT service contracts (AMCs), and closing fast-turnaround deals to increase our local market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Plan and execute daily field visits to prospect local businesses, retail partners, and SMEs within your assigned territory.
- Direct Sales: Pitch and sell laptops, desktops, networking equipment, CCTV solutions, and IT accessories directly to end-users and retailers.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads generated by the Tele Calling team through in-person meetings and site visits.
- Order & Payment Collection: Take purchase orders on the spot, ensure timely delivery coordination, and follow up on pending payments or outstanding dues.
- Market Intelligence: Gather on-ground feedback regarding competitor pricing, new product demands, and market trends, reporting this back to the management team.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, face-to-face relationships with local shop owners and IT managers to ensure brand loyalty and repeat orders.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain a daily log of shops visited, pitches made, and orders collected using our internal CRM or tracking spreadsheets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate or 10+2 with relevant field sales experience.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years to 5 year of experience in direct field sales, FMCG, or IT/electronics distribution.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali to easily connect with the local market.
- Drive: High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable spending the majority of the workday in the field meeting clients.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
