CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month + KPI-Linked Incentives (up to 15%, Quarterly)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview
The Assistant Manager Supply Chain will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring smooth order processing, stock availability, and efficient coordination between internal teams, clients, and logistics partners.
The role includes managing warehouse operations, logistics and courier management, stockiest coordination, B2B sales team coordination, and B2B and B2C client co-ordination order execution. The position will also handle Purchase Order (PO) and Proforma Invoice (PI) creation, import shipment coordination, CHA customs clearance co-ordination with agency, and execution of all online and offline orders.
This is a hands-on operational role, responsible for day-to-day supply chain management, maintaining stock flow, coordinating dispatches, and supervising the team to ensure smooth operations across warehouses, clinics, and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Day-to-Day Supply Chain Operations
- Handle daily SCM operations across EDPL, HLYWD MD, CliniNeo, and group entities.
- Monitor order flow from PO to delivery for B2B, clinics, stockists, and retail.
- Track material movement, dispatch status, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain daily MIS for inventory, dispatches, consumption, and pending orders.
2. Client PO, PI & Aging Follow-Up
- Manage PO creation, PI generation, confirmation, and closure.
- Follow up with clients on PI approval, pending payments, and aging invoices.
- Ensure timely GRN closure and invoice reconciliation.
- Coordinate closely with sales and accounts teams to avoid delays.
3. Inventory Planning, Re-Ordering & Control
- Monitor inventory through ERP (Wondersoft / MS Dynamics / Business Central).
- Define minimum stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock.
- Track clinic-wise, stockist-wise, and warehouse-wise consumption.
- Proactively follow up on re-ordering with clients and stockists.
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance and expiry control.
4. Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee complete warehouse operations: inward, outward, binning, storage.
- Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts and periodic reconciliation.
- Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
- Control damages, shortfalls, and discrepancies.
5. Logistics & Courier Coordination
- Coordinate daily dispatches for clinics, stockists, distributors, and retail orders.
- Regular follow-up with courier partners (DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, Shiprocket).
- Track shipments, resolve delays, RTOs, damages, and disputes.
- Optimize logistics cost and service efficiency.
6. Retail & E-Commerce Order Management
- Manage daily retail order processing: picking, packing, dispatch.
- Ensure portal inventory accuracy and real-time stock sync.
- Monitor cancellations, RTOs, customer complaints, and refunds.
- Ensure SLA adherence for e-commerce orders.
7. Stockist & Distributor Coordination
- Coordinate with stockists for replenishment, dispatch, and documentation.
- Track stockist inventory, expiry, and reorder requirements.
- Handle reconciliation of stock, billing, and pending issues.
- Prepare and submit weekly stockist MIS reports.
8. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and verify GST invoices, E-Way Bills, delivery challans, and packing lists.
- Ensure correct documentation for inter-company and external dispatches.
- Maintain proper records for audits and internal reviews.
9. Team Management & Process Discipline
- Lead and manage a team of 2–3 SCM executives.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor execution.
- Ensure SOP compliance, timelines, and accurate reporting.
- Train team members and drive continuous improvement.

- Strong operational understanding of healthcare / aesthetic supply chains.
- Expertise in inventory control, warehouse & logistics management.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and vendor management skills.
- Strong Excel & MIS reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume, multi-entity operations.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Accounting: Tally ERP
- Tools: Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook (Power BI preferred)
- Logistics: Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart
- E-Commerce: Amazon Seller Central, Shopify
