10+ Years
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile
- Strong experience in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete Quality Assurance & Quality Control operations
- Handle customer complaints and customer audits
- Implement 8D, RCA, CAPA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC & MSA
- Manage supplier quality and process quality activities
- Ensure ISO / IATF compliance and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement and rejection reduction activities
- Coordinate with Production, NPD & Customer teams
- Lead quality team and improve process standards
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Automotive Quality Systems
- Experience in Wiring Harness Manufacturing
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good customer handling and communication skills
- Experience in handling OEM / Tier-1 customer requirements
