Key Responsibilities
1. University Administration
- Maintain and supervise all official records, university documentation, and statutory registers.
- Issue official notifications, circulars, orders, and communications on behalf of the university.
- Ensure implementation of university statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Inspections
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for inspections and approvals from regulatory bodies such as:
- National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC)
- Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)
- Bar Council of India (BCI)
- Ensure all departments maintain proper compliance with regulatory norms.
3. Academic Governance
- Act as Member Secretary of statutory bodies such as Academic Council, Executive Council, and other university committees.
- Prepare meeting agenda, minutes, and resolutions.
- Ensure proper implementation of decisions taken by statutory bodies.
4. Inspection & Documentation
- Manage institutional data, compliance reports, and documentation required for NAAC accreditation and other regulatory approvals.
- Coordinate with departments to collect faculty, infrastructure, and academic data.
5. Coordination with Departments
- Maintain coordination between Vice-Chancellor, Deans, Principals, Heads of Departments, and administrative offices.
- Facilitate smooth functioning of academic and administrative processes across the university.
6. Records & Legal Documentation
- Maintain custody of official university records, seals, and important documents.
- Handle legal documentation and official correspondence with regulatory authorities and government agencies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of NAAC accreditation and regulatory compliance processes.
- Experience handling university inspections and approvals.
- Excellent documentation, administrative, and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of university acts, statutes, and governance structure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
