About the Role
We are looking for energetic, confident, and people-oriented Business Development Executives who enjoy meeting new people, visiting sites, building relationships, and creating business opportunities. If you love communication, networking, and achieving targets, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
- Conduct daily field visits across Thiruvananthapuram and nearby locations.
- Meet builders, architects, consultants, contractors, hospitals, hotels, and individual customers.
- Promote the company's elevator products and services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for quotations and proposals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare daily activity and business development reports.
- Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales or business development will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for meeting people and developing new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and Google Workspace).
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be willing to travel daily for field activities.
- Must be comfortable with frequent site visits and customer meetings.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram.
