We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Caller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective patients, and support appointment conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a patient-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and website inquiries
- Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information about services
- Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations
- Follow up with prospective patients to improve conversion rates
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM / Excel sheets
- Coordinate with counselors and front desk team for smooth patient handling
- Achieve daily and monthly calling & conversion targets
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English + Telugu / Hindi preferred)
- Pleasant voice and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
- Strong follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and patience
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate / Intermediate
- Experience: 1–3 years in Telecalling / Customer Support / Healthcare preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
