Customer Relationship ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen customer engagement, improve customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with existing customers, recover inactive customers, handle customer feedback, coordinate promotional activities, and work closely with the Sales team to maximize customer retention and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily courtesy calls to active customers and collect valuable feedback and suggestions.
- Follow up on customer references received from the Sales team and convert them into active customers.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to Sales Incharge, Sales Head, or Business Head based on company guidelines.
- Coordinate customer gift distribution for walk-in customers and festival campaigns.
- Prepare active customer reports to support the Sales team in planning customer visits.
- Re-engage less active and inactive customers through regular follow-up calls.
- Send promotional messages and campaign updates through WhatsApp (Rio) to increase customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions, feedback, recovery activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Branch teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.

- Ability to handle customer feedback professionally.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Customer Service, Telecalling, Sales Support, or Customer Retention.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service are also welcome to apply.
