Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Paderu
Reporting To: Regional Director
Job Purpose:
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and managing education programs to ensure quality delivery, achievement of project objectives, compliance with donor requirements, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management
- Lead the implementation of projects as per approved plans and timelines.
- Ensure achievement of project goals, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly implementation plans.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when required.
- Ensure adherence to organisational policies and donor guidelines.
Team Management
- Supervise and mentor project staff, including Cluster Managers, trainers, Monitoring Officer, and field teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide capacity-building support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, schools, community leaders, and partner organisations.
- Represent the organisation in meetings, workshops, and review forums.
- Facilitate community participation and ownership of project activities.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Track project performance through regular field visits and review meetings.
- Ensure timely collection and analysis of program data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and donors.
- Document success stories, best practices, and lessons learned.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Monitor budget utilization and ensure cost-effective implementation.
- Coordinate with finance teams for financial reporting and compliance.
- Ensure proper utilization and accountability of project resources.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure high-quality delivery of educational interventions.
- Support development and implementation of training modules and learning materials.
- Promote innovative and evidence-based approaches to improve learning outcomes.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, statutory regulations, and safeguarding policies.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field.
- PMP/Project Management certification is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in managing education or development sector programs.
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
- Experience working with government schools, education departments, tribal geographies and donor-funded projects.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
