About the Role
V-Empower Ventures is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support the seamless execution of our programs and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating efficient processes, solving operational challenges, and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver an exceptional user experience. As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing backend operations, supporting learners and partners, maintaining platform efficiency, and driving continuous process improvements. You will work closely with program, technology, content, and partnership teams to ensure operational excellence across our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support & Process Management
- Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth execution of programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate internal workflows, timelines, and cross-functional communication.
- Track operational milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for greater efficiency.
- User Support & Issue Resolution
- Manage the support desk by responding to queries from learners, partners, and institutional stakeholders.
- Resolve operational and platform-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and escalation procedures.
- Deliver a high-quality support experience while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Platform & Data Operations
- Coordinate with technology and content teams to support platform setup, course management, internships, and events.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across operational systems.
- Generate and monitor reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure smooth platform functionality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with program, partnerships, technology, and experience teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Support onboarding processes for new institutional partners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate backend operations for learning pathways, events, and engagement activities.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor participant feedback and operational performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve learner and partner experiences.
- Implement operational best practices and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
- Support the testing and rollout of new operational workflows and projects.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in new initiatives and strategic projects assigned by senior management.
- Provide administrative and operational support across business functions as required.
- Adapt to evolving organizational priorities while maintaining high operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, customer support, or project management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM platforms, or project management tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI productivity tools.
- Basic understanding of data reporting and dashboard management.
- Customer-centric approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Working Hours Full-Time | Remote Approximately 8 hours per day with flexibility based on project and operational requirements.
