Job Responsibilities:-
- Plan, organize, lead & control training activities
- Conduct Induction & orientation sessions
- Give technical training to manpower
- Maintain defined skill mix - Keep record of all training of service staff
- Maintain and update technical library
- Identify & access future & current training needs
- Maintain current manpower status in DMS
- SPOC between dealers & MGI - Training nominations & reports
Qualifications & Experience:-
- Diploma in any stream or Degree in related field
- Certification in technical or service training preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in Automobile Industry
- Knowledge of product, customer experience, policies & procedures
- Good interpersonal skills and Team leading
- Ability to train new Technicians
- Technical knowledge of engine and machinery
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
