NextMoveIn is building India's largest verified workspace inventory platform, helping businesses discover managed offices, coworking spaces, and commercial workspaces.
We are looking for a Supply Acquisition Executive to build our commercial real estate database by onboarding buildings, workspace operators, property owners, and brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify commercial buildings, coworking spaces, managed offices, and business centres.
- Connect with building owners, facility managers, leasing teams, brokers, and operators.
- Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound enquiries from property partners.
- Collect and verify workspace inventory details.
- Onboard listings through the NextMoveIn Supply Dashboard.
- Build long-term relationships with property owners and channel partners.
Performance Expectations
- Daily outbound calling and partner follow-ups.
- 50–100 verified building listings/month.
- 3,000+ verified seats added monthly.
- Build relationships with brokers, operators, and property owners.
- Maintain 100% CRM and dashboard updates.
Candidate Profile
- 0–3 years experience in Business Development, Real Estate, Sales, or Partnerships.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable speaking with owners, brokers, and business professionals.
- Strong follow-up skills and willingness to work with targets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
Compensation
₹15,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentives.
High performers will get opportunities to grow into Supply Acquisition Lead roles.
