Mannika Biotech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Development Manager specializing in Nutraceutical and Herbal products for global export business expansion.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in international sales, distributor development, and export market expansion across Africa, CIS, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop international business opportunities for Nutraceutical and Herbal product ranges.
- Generate new export leads, appoint distributors, importers, and institutional buyers globally.
- Expand business operations in: Africa, CIS Countries, Latin America, Southeast Asia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual international sales targets.
- Conduct international market research and competitor analysis.
- Handle complete export sales processes including: Lead generation, Negotiation, Pricing, Order finalization, Payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and regulatory teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, B2B meetings, and virtual conferences.
- Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and market expansion strategies.
Candidate RequirementsExperience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in International Sales or Export Business Development.
- Mandatory experience in: Nutraceutical Products, Herbal Products, Dietary Supplements
Market Expertise
Strong working experience in international markets:
- Africa
- CIS
- Latin America
- Southeast Asia
Skills Required
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent international client handling abilities.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international trade terms.
- Ability to develop distributor networks and institutional business.
- Strategic thinking with target-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in International Business / Marketing preferred.
- Existing international buyer network will be an added advantage.
- Experience in private labeling and third-party manufacturing preferred.
