- Loading raw materials, operating twin-screw extruders & industrial mixers
- Responsible for blending polymers, pigments and additives into concentrated color or additive masterbatches used in the plastics industry.
- Monitor shift-wise production data to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Material & Formulation Control Expertise in PVC material formulation with thorough knowledge of all chemicals used in compounding.
- Avoid cross‑contamination and ensure mixers are cleaned as per procedure.
- Ensure batches are produced within quality standards (bulk density, particle size, moisture, color, etc.)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
