Job Description
We are hiring Merchant Acquisition Officers for a field sales role in Nagpur. The role involves visiting local markets and businesses, identifying potential merchants, explaining merchant/payment solutions, acquiring new merchants, completing the required onboarding process, and achieving assigned acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to identify potential merchants
- Acquire new merchants and onboard them as per company process
- Explain merchant/payment solutions and their benefits
- Generate leads through market visits and references
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants
- Complete required documentation and onboarding formalities
- Conduct regular follow-ups with merchants
- Achieve monthly acquisition and business targets
- Maintain accurate records of merchant visits and conversions
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass or above
- Age: Maximum 32 years
- CIBIL Score: 700+
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field sales and daily market visits
- Target-oriented and customer-focused
- Candidates must be willing to work across assigned areas in Nagpur
