DAR Jewellery is looking for experienced and passionate Jewellery Sales Executives to join our growing team in Coimbatore. We are seeking candidates who have worked in corporate jewellery showrooms and have a proven track record in jewellery sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Candidates residing in or around Town Hall, Peelamedu, Mettupalayam, and nearby areas will be given preference.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to every customer.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond, platinum, silver, and bridal jewellery.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Product Knowledge
- Explain jewellery designs, BIS Hallmark, purity, diamonds, gemstones, making charges, and ongoing offers confidently.
- Stay updated with the latest collections and jewellery trends.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery for weddings, investments, gifting, and special occasions.
Store Operations
- Maintain premium showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Support billing, inventory management, stock verification, and daily showroom operations.
- Follow company SOPs and customer service standards.
Customer Relationship
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty.
Eligibility
- 2–8 years of experience in jewellery retail sales is mandatory.
- Experience with reputed corporate jewellery brands such as Tanishq, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Kalyan Jewellers, Joyalukkas, GRT Jewellers, Bhima Jewellers, Lalitha Jewellery, Khazana Jewellery, PNG Jewellers, or similar brands is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil. Basic English is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Willing to work on weekends and festival seasons.
