Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating meetings, conducting product demonstrations, presenting value propositions, addressing stakeholder concerns, and converting institutions into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
* Generate qualified meetings with decision-makers including Principals, Directors, Trustees, and Management Teams.
* Conduct impactful product presentations and demonstrations.
* Clearly communicate Campus Dome's value proposition and benefits.
* Handle objections and answer all product-related queries from stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of partner institutions.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, or EdTech sales.
* Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to independently generate leads and meetings.
* Comfortable with field visits and stakeholder interactions.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Existing relationships within schools, colleges, coaching institutes, or educational networks will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
