We are looking for a high-energy, proactive Inside Sales Specialist to drive online lead generation and bookings for our premium sports facility. If you love sports, know how to navigate digital platforms, and thrive on turning online interest into active players on the court, this role is for you.
Your primary focus will be hunting for new business online, engaging with the sports community, and filling our court slots, corporate event calendar, and coaching programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Management: Promptly respond to inquiries coming through WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, and sports booking platforms (e.g., Hudle).
- Outbound Digital Hunting: Actively source new leads by reaching out to local corporate HRs, IT parks, school groups, and community clubs for bulk bookings and tournaments.
- Social Selling & Community Engagement: Engage with local sports groups, players, and fitness enthusiasts on social media and online forums to build a pipeline.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean record of leads, follow up systematically, and convert inquiries into paid court bookings or memberships.
- Collaborate on Promotions: Work with the management team to run targeted online campaigns, corporate offers, and weekend event promotions.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or digital lead generation (experience in the fitness, sports, or hospitality sector is a big plus).
- Digital Savvy: Highly proficient with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMing, LinkedIn sourcing, and basic CRM/Excel tracking.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to confidently pitch to corporate clients and casual players alike.
- Drive: A self-starter who is target-oriented and loves the hustle of closing a deal.
- Passion for Sports: An understanding of modern racket sports (like Pickleball or Padel) or a general passion for the sports culture is highly preferred.
