Job Title: HRSD Tech Lead
Experience: 7-10 years
Location: Pune, India (Remote-hybrid as per project need)
Job Overview:
Lead design and build of HR Service Delivery across HR Case, HR Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, Document Management, and Employee Center experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Design HR Case models: case types, templates, SLAs, assignment rules, secure HR data ACLs

Build Lifecycle Events: onboarding/offboarding workflows, multi-step orchestration, task packs, approvals

Configure Employee Center/EC Pro: content, audiences, journeys, search tuning

Integrate with HRIS (Workday/SuccessFactors), identity (AD/SSO), Document Management
-
Enable HR Knowledge and chat via Virtual Agent; Now Assist where applicable

Set up HR dashboards: case volume, CSAT, SLA adherence, journey completion
Must-Have Qualifications:

3+ end-to-end HRSD implementations as Lead

Deep understanding of PII handling, HR table security, scoped apps, Document Templates
-
Experience with UI Builder, Journeys, Playbooks, Audience targeting, Content taxonomy
Preferred Qualifications:

Global HR deployments with multi-geo data access controls
