The Technology Architect collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business objectives and technical requirements, continuously refining and adapting solutions to meet evolving needs within dynamic environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align technology strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
