Responsibilities:
· Storyboard Interpretation: Collaborate with instructional designers to understand and interpret storyboards, ensuring alignment with educational objectives.
· Animation Development:Create visually appealing and effective 2D animations that enhance the learning experience, incorporating relevant graphics, characters, and visual elements.
· Motion Graphics:Generate dynamic motion graphics to convey complex concepts and information in a clear and engaging manner.
· Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure a seamless integration of animations into eLearning courses.
· Feedback Incorporation:Actively participate in feedback sessions, incorporating constructive feedback to refine and enhance animations based on client and team input.
· Technical Proficiency:Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in animation software/tools to continually improve and implement the latest techniques in the eLearning content creation process.
· Timeline Management:Meet project deadlines by efficiently managing time and resources, while maintaining a high standard of quality in animations.
· Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough quality checks on animations to ensure they meet the company's standards and are error-free before final implementation.
Requirements:
· Education:Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
· Experience: Proven experience as a 2D Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation styles and techniques.
· Software Skills:Proficient in industry-standard animation software such as Adobe Animate, Adobe After effects ,Toon Boom Harmony, or equivalent tools.
· Creativity: Strong creative and artistic skills with the ability to bring concepts to life through animation.
· Communication:Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to team members.
· Adaptability:Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.
