Job description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor with 1 to 2 years of experience (freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply). The ideal candidate should be able to manage on-site operations, coordinate with vendors and workers, and ensure smooth execution of projects as per design and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising day-to-day site operations and workforce.
Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensuring work is completed as per drawings and approved designs.
Monitoring material usage and managing site inventory.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Maintaining quality control and safety standards at site.
Reporting daily progress to management.
Handling on-site problem-solving and execution challenges.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination.
Ability to read drawings and layouts.
Good communication and team management skills.
Basic understanding of materials, fabrication, and installation processes.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Previous experience in event setup, exhibitions, interior, or construction industry.
Strong practical knowledge of site management.
