Job Title: Assistant Manager – IRD (In-Room Dining)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Assistant Manager – In-Room Dining (IRD) to oversee all in-room dining operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, timely delivery, guest satisfaction, and efficient team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily In-Room Dining operations and service standards.
- Ensure prompt and accurate order taking, preparation coordination, and delivery.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service excellence.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally.
- Train, coach, and supervise IRD associates.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams.
- Monitor inventory, operating supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower effectively.
- Achieve departmental guest satisfaction and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 4–8 years of experience in F&B Service with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality brands preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest handling skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and service standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
