Job description:
A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales over calls, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate reports of sales activities. This role combines communication skills with data reporting and tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tele Sales Activities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services and generate sales
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
2. Lead Management
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Update customer information in CRM systems
Track conversion status of each lead
