- Explain products/services and generate sales.
- Follow up with leads and close sales.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience 6 months - 4 years of telesales/telecalling experience (Mandatory).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
