The Regional Collections Manager will oversee and manage the collections operations across the TN & KL region, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues, minimizing delinquency, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Collections Strategy: Develop and implement effective regional collection strategies aligned with company policies.
Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of collection officers and managers to achieve recovery targets.
Portfolio Monitoring: Track delinquency trends, monitor high-risk accounts, and ensure proactive measures are taken.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical collection practices.
Vendor Coordination: Manage external collection agencies, ensuring performance and compliance.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare MIS reports, analyze collection performance, and present insights to senior management.
Customer Engagement: Handle escalated cases, negotiate settlements, and maintain customer relationships while ensuring recovery.
