Job Description – Electrical Engineer / Electrical Site Engineer
Experience: 2+ to 8 Years
Locations: Pune | Mumbai | Jamshedpur, Jharkhand | Pan India
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiners / Candidates available within 15 days preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and execution-focused Electrical Engineers / Site Engineers with 2+ years of experience in electrical project execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HT & LT electrical installations and be capable of handling site execution, project coordination, documentation, and client/vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute and supervise HT & LT electrical installation and project activities.
* Plan, monitor, and control day-to-day site execution activities.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC teams, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
* Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and skilled workforce.
* Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
* Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of electrical materials at site.
* Verify electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quantities before execution.
* Prepare measurement sheets, RA bills, final bills, and quantity reconciliation.
* Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
* Attend project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
* Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Required Skills
* Good knowledge of HT & LT electrical systems and installations.
* Hands-on experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential electrical projects.
* Ability to independently handle site execution and project coordination.
* Knowledge of project planning, billing, documentation, and quantity estimation.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs.
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
* Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively.

Candidate Profile
* B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
* 2+ to 8 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering/project execution.
* Experience in handling electrical works at project sites.
* Good knowledge of quality and safety standards.
* Willingness to work at Pune, Mumbai, Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) and other project locations across India.
* Willingness to travel as required for project assignments.
* Immediate joiners and candidates with 15 days or less notice period preferred.
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
