Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Order Coordinator / KOT Executive to manage the parcel counter, coordinate kitchen orders, and ensure smooth order flow from billing to service.
The ideal candidate will act as the communication bridge between the service team, parcel counter, and kitchen, ensuring every order reaches the right table or customer accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all KOTs (Kitchen Order Tickets) through the POS system.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team regarding order preparation and priorities.
- Handle parcel and takeaway orders efficiently.
- Ensure every order is delivered to the correct table or customer without errors.
- Track preparation times and follow up on delayed orders.
- Communicate order modifications and special requests to the kitchen.
- Support billing and order management when required.
- Maintain smooth workflow during peak service hours.
- Assist in resolving order-related customer concerns promptly.
- Ensure proper coordination between stewards, captains, cashiers, and kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant operations, billing, cashiering, or order coordination preferred.
- Basic knowledge of POS and restaurant billing systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.
