Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Drive strategic hiring to ensure team balance among all the business verticals.
HR Operations: Manage end-to-end HR operations(essential), ensuring smooth and compliant process.
Workplace discipline, Leave and attendance management: Oversee discipline, leave, and attendance management to maintain a structured work environment.
Process excellence: Process development, SOP implementation & Efficiency improvement.
Employee relations and grievance management;
Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and support engagement activities and events, fostering an energetic, inclusive, lively and vibrant workplace culture.
Employer branding initiatives: Collaborate with teams to highlight workplace stories, events, and milestones by creating engaging contents.

An enthusiastic, lively, and confident HR professional, who fits well in different company cultures, invests time in understanding the way of working and tries to maximize his worth by delivering maximum value to the company by contributing to a healthy team building, sharing suggestions on improving the company processes, proactive, and takes responsibility for his work.
Prerequisites:
Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering (Preferred) + Masters or work experience in Human Resources or related area (Preferred);
1+ years of experience working in Human Resources ; or Fresher with HR background (recent passed out batches) and
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Essential).
