Position: PMT Head
Location: Ghaziabad
Salary Package: 14 to 15 Lakhs
Education: Graduation in Life Sciences viz. B.Sc. (Bio/ Biotech/Microbiology)/ B. Pharma / B.V. Sc & A.H. Plus M.B.A./PGDM (Essential)
Experience: 15-18 years in Sales & Marketing job Functions in a Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Company with over 3 years’ experience of same job role & responsibilities.
Job description:
1. To Plan & Execute the Marketing Promotional strategies & ensure implementation of same by sales team with objective of the Products wise sales target achievement as per the business plan.
2. To coordinate all Promotional material through PMT team & ensure its effective utilization by field team.
3. Design marketing campaigns/ Field Activities to influence relevant customers as per product behavior and market potential.
4. To coordinate all the CRM activities through PMT for better long-term bonding with the customers
5. To coordinate customer gatherings in field & at Veterinary colleges. Also, Kisan mela, scientific exhibitions participation coordination through technical service team.
6. Gathering competitor’s strategies information by creating market Intelligence concept amongst team and creating our own company strategies, product USPs and product positioning accordingly to snatch market share.
7. To coordinate in field & classroom training to sales team through PMT to enhance their technical and product knowledge
8. Sending regular product wise analysis to field team& procuring their product wise plans/strategy for further monthly product wise objectives achievement.
9. Field working for supporting sales team and observing marketing strategies implementation and mass awareness activities.
10. Field Team Working/Reporting supervision along with SFA team for ensuring the same as per company working norms.

Pay: ₹116,666.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
