Job Summary
The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for delivering a high-quality patient and visitor experience by ensuring smooth front office operations, effective communication, and personalized support throughout the patient journey. The role focuses on enhancing patient satisfaction, handling queries and concerns, and maintaining a welcoming and professional hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Patient & Visitor Experience
· Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
· Guide patients through registration, consultation, admission, and discharge processes.
· Ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients, especially for women, children, and expectant mothers.
· Handle patient queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
· Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, doctors, and procedures.
Front Office Coordination
· Coordinate with billing, nursing, and clinical departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
· Support appointment scheduling and follow-ups for patients.
· Assist in managing waiting areas and patient queues efficiently.
· Ensure proper documentation and patient records handling as per hospital protocols.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
