Job Title: Sales Executive – Indoor Sales
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to support our Import & Export sales operations. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound sales communication, prepare quotations, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth business execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Generate quotations for Courier, Air Freight, and related services
- Follow up with clients for business conversion and confirmations
- Maintain strong communication with existing customers
- Coordinate with operations team for shipment updates and service execution
- Maintain sales records and update CRM/sales reports regularly
- Support outdoor sales team by preparing pricing and client follow-ups
- Ensure timely response to customer queries
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Indoor Sales / Customer Support / Freight Forwarding Sales Support
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Knowledge of International Freight / Import & Export services preferred
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
