Skills Required:
Well versed with computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications.
Good analytical skills.
Knowledge of good record keeping.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Attendance Management (Head Office/Branches)
Keeping a track of attendance for all HO /Branch employees.
Updation of manual attendance.
Timely HR approvals of employee ODs, Leaves and OTs.
Attendance to be shared for exited employees.
All employee communications on Ho-attendance /Branch-attendance email id regarding queries related to ODs, Leaves, OTs etc. need to be acknowledged and resolved as per defined timeline.
Co-ordination with HO Managers/ BMs and Branch SPOCs for timely confirmation on attendance of Employees and Representatives.
Follow up with PAN India Managers for Excessive Absenteeism cases.
Pin-it-up emails regarding Attendance, Late-ins, Break times need to be sent.
Preparing monthly Arrears report for Head Office/ Branches
Responsible for preparing monthly payable days of HO / Branch Employees and Representatives and to be shared for payroll processing.
Timely deactivation of resigned employees in HRMS and other database.
Key Result Areas:
Attendance Management and PD Processing- Ensuring adherence of attendance policy and process across branches.
Timely resolution of queries related to attendance and submission of error free PD reports.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
