About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically appealing spaces across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements
Prepare layout plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
Work on detailed drawings (AutoCAD) and execution plans
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as planned
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray (or similar)
Good understanding of space planning and material selection
Ability to handle projects independently
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Experience in luxury residential or commercial interiors
Knowledge of costing and BOQ preparation
Basic understanding of site execution
