Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our marketing activities across digital and traditional platforms. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, managing promotional campaigns, and supporting business growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Marketing
- Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing campaigns.
2. Telemarketing
- Develop and monitor telemarketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with telemarketing teams to generate quality leads.
- Track campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Ensure proper follow-up and lead management.
3. DSA Marketing
- Identify and develop new Direct Selling Agent (DSA) networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs.
- Support DSA recruitment and promotional activities.
- Monitor DSA performance and business generation.
4. Traditional Marketing
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate branch-level promotional campaigns.
- Manage distribution of marketing materials and branding assets.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of traditional marketing initiatives.
5. Advertisements
- Plan and execute digital and print advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with media agencies, vendors, and advertising partners.
- Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all advertisements.
6. Events
- Organize and manage promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor management, and publicity activities.
- Ensure successful execution of corporate and branch-level events.
- Prepare event reports and performance analyses.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for marketing activities and events.
