Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.
Screen resumes according to client hiring requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls with shortlisted candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and recruiters.
Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
Update and manage recruitment trackers using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
Track interview schedules, hiring progress, and candidate status.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Eligibility
Students or Fresh Graduates.
MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, or graduates from any discipline interested in Human Resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
