We are looking for a creative individual who can help us build a strong digital presence across social media.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator Intern who can create engaging videos, manage our social media platforms, and contribute to CareerSecure's digital branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
- Shoot and edit videos related to office activities, team culture, events, and educational content.
- Design social media creatives using Canva.
- Manage CareerSecure's social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube).
- Plan and publish content as per the monthly content calendar.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Cover office events, employee stories, student success stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Business teams for content ideas.
- Research social media trends and implement them creatively.
- Track post performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement.
Required Skills
- Basic video shooting and editing skills.
- Knowledge of CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
- Canva or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working from the office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed Graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Design, or any related field.
- Portfolio of reels, videos, or social media work (preferred).
- Basic photography and videography knowledge.
