About the Role
Remark HR is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue generation, preferably in the recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment and HR solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at networking events, business meetings, and industry conferences.
- Generate repeat business and maximize client retention.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/HR) preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Recruitment Sales, Staffing Sales, or HR Consulting.
