About the Role
Green Card Immigrations is seeking a motivated and experienced Immigration Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the immigration or visa consultancy industry and a strong ability to convert leads into clients through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand clients' immigration goals and recommend suitable visa and immigration services.
- Explain our services, processes, and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the processing and documentation team to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate referrals.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration, visa consultancy, overseas education, or a related sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM systems is an advantage.
