Job Title: Sales Support Executive / Quotation Specialist Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate customer quotations, coordinating with vendors for pricing and availability, and supporting the sales team throughout the order process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate customer quotations with proper margin calculations and statistical quote analysis
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and product availability
- Follow up with customers regarding pending quotations and inquiries
- Support the sales team with order processing and documentation
- Maintain and update records of quotations, pricing details, customer communication, and order history
- Coordinate internally with operations and logistics teams for smooth order execution
- Ensure timely responses to customer and vendor communications
- Assist in maintaining pricing databases and sales reports
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic experience in sales support or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using Email, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude with strong coordination and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant equipment industry or B2B sales environment is an added advantage
- Familiarity with quotation preparation and order management processes preferred
