We are expanding our sales team and looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who can generate leads, build partnerships, and close new business opportunities.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to generate leads, build client relationships, schedule meetings, and close deals for our digital marketing services and SaaS products.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with B2B sales, lead generation, cold outreach, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, and networking.
- Identify decision-makers and business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings.
- Present company services and SaaS products.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close deals.

Compensation
Commission-Based
- SEO Services: 10%–20% Commission
- Website Projects: 10%–15% Commission
- SaaS Sales: Up to 20% of First-Year Revenue
High performers may be offered long-term partnerships and additional incentives.
