Position Details
Job Title: Store Executive
Location: KGMI Factory, Nizigada-Kurki Industrial Area
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:-
Experience in maintaining stock records, issuance, tracking, maintenance, and replenishment of hardware tools used in manufacturing and fabrication operations.
1. Inventory Management
- Replenish stock inventories as per company guidelines.
- Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance for all Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Products (FP).
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical stock verification.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and consumption.
- Receive materials against purchase orders and update inventory records in the system.
- Cross-verify monthly inventory reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory records of hardware tools, consumables, and production accessories.
2. Store Operations & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Ensure proper documentation for ordering, purchasing, receipt, and issue of materials.
- Follow company safety standards and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor the issuance, return, and condition of hardware tools used in production and fabrication activities.
3. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Plan dispatch activities as per production schedules and customer requirements.
- Execute dispatches accurately against approved invoices and dispatch documents.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials.
- Verify deliveries for shortages, damages, or discrepancies and report accordingly.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and handling of materials during dispatch.
- Maintain records of inward and outward material movements.
4. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain inventory records and stock reports in Tally.
- Assist in internal and external inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to inventory storage and handling.
Required Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Store Management, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Required Skills Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP for inventory and stock management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Understanding of warehouse management processes and inventory control systems.
- Knowledge of material receipt, issue, dispatch, and stock reconciliation procedures.
- Strong knowledge of hardware tools, consumables, and industrial equipment inventory management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
