Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Merchandiser with a strong background in export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production coordination, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining seamless communication between buyers, factories, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete production merchandising for export orders from order confirmation to final shipment
Coordinate with factories to track production status, timelines, and quality standards
Act as the primary point of contact between buyers, factories, and internal stakeholders
Manage factory updates and ensure accurate reporting to clients/retailers
Work closely with retainer clients, ensuring consistent service and relationship management
Monitor order progress and proactively address delays or production issues
Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, quality requirements, and delivery schedules
Coordinate with logistics teams for shipment planning and documentation
Maintain proper documentation related to orders, production, and communication
Requirements:
Mandatory experience working with an export firm
Proven experience as a Production Merchandiser in the export industry
Hands-on experience working with retainer clients/accounts
Strong experience managing retailer communications and factory coordination
In-depth understanding of production cycles, timelines, and quality control
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
