Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Salon Manager to lead client engagement and sales activities at our premium salon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to convince clients for service packages, upsell retail products, and contribute to salon promotions through social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Sales
- Interact with clients professionally to understand their beauty and wellness needs.
- Present and promote salon packages, membership plans, and seasonal offers.
- Upsell retail products and treatments to enhance client experience and revenue.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Generate engaging content ideas for social media (Reels, Stories, Client Testimonials, etc.).
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote offers, events, and new services.
- Encourage satisfied clients to share reviews and tag the salon on social media.
Customer Experience & Coordination
- Ensure every client receives premium service from entry to exit.
- Coordinate with front desk and technical staff to deliver smooth service flow.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all salon services, brands, and new trends.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Attractive, well-groomed, and presentable personality suitable for a luxury salon environment.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, client relations, or customer service (preferably in salon, spa, or beauty sector).
- Confident in client handling, negotiation, and product demonstration.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and client engagement.
