Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com/BBA/B.Sc.) or Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Civil preferred)
Experience: Freshers to 2 years
Probation: 3 months

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate all pre-construction activities, including Site Pooja, borewell work, soil testing, and site marking.
- Follow up on approval drawings and ensure all statutory approvals are obtained before execution.
- Ensure site readiness — electricity, water, fencing, and site office setup.
- Maintain pre-construction documentation and progress reports for management.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, project teams, and government authorities/consultants as needed.
- Support the Project Manager for a smooth handover from pre-construction to execution.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
