We are seeking an energetic and dedicated PGT Physical Education Teacher to lead and manage sports and physical education activities for senior students. The ideal candidate should promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and overall well-being among students while ensuring structured training and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physical Education to Senior Secondary students (Classes 11 & 12).
- Plan and conduct structured physical training sessions, drills, and sports activities.
- Train students in various indoor and outdoor sports and prepare them for inter-school competitions.
- Develop fitness programs focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall health.
- Organize sports events, tournaments, and annual sports day.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and proper use of sports equipment.
- Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and participation.
- Promote teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship among students.
- Coordinate with school management for sports infrastructure and requirements.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation in Physical Education / Sports Science / Health & Physical Education or related field + B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school
- Strong knowledge of sports techniques, fitness training, and student development
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor students
